How long will it be now before a TeaBagger goes postal?

With the HCR bill poised to pass today (or early tomorrow if the GOP has their way) how long will it be before a Teabagger commits an act of violence in protest of this Bill? With the way they've had their flames fanned lately by the radical talking heads like Rush and Beck, one or more of them are bound to snap. I think it is imperative to the security of this country, that these radical fringe groups be addressed. I'm not sure how best to address them, but to pretend that they do not exist or that they are not a real danger to the citizens of the USA is not acceptable. Will the government wait for an irreversible act to take place, or will they take proactive steps to prevent one. While I'm very happy the HCR Bill is on the verge of passage, I'm more concerned than ever that this will be the spark that many a nutcase has been waiting for.

1. Frankly, I don't think a teabagger will. Their ilk just likes to incite up to that line but will

never take any responsibility and actually do something. They keep hoping someone else will. I DO think that the rise in that kind of incitement can affect people who honestly DO have problems with their heads and incite them. KWIM?

2. Unfortunately I think we will

see acts of violence within the week of the passage. The fact that we have elected officials also fanning the flames gives citizens "approval" to act out in violence. We are living in dangerous times indeed.

3. It won't be an IDENTIFIABLE tea bagger, but a "loner." Just like Timothy McVeigh.

The baggers will inspire and egg on, then turn their backs, shrug and say "don't look at us!" when there's another McVeigh.

I don't know what it will be, but there will be someone, somewhere determined to take that "irreversible" step to violence and I pray we never, ever see another Oklahoma City situation...

17. At a young age, I endured Kennedy's funeral and I do NOT want another repeat of that

situation. This haunts me because I see so much that really points to a mentally unstable individual taking advantage of the laws and doing somethihg bad.

This has nothing to do with the merits of the health care bill, it has to do with thie percious IDEA that all government is BAD. This is what we have to stop. This is waht we need to defeat on intellectual grounds. This is just plain stupidity....no excuses...

4. I think we will see violence over the spring and summer, and again after

the GOP loses in November - they can not accept the face that they are a very small minority, and cannot understand why the American people don't like them.
They have been whiping themselves up th it for seve4ral years, and I believe they are at the flash point thanks to the RW media stirring the pot.

possibility of violence, the Tea Baggers are good for the Democratic Party. They are the "Ralph Nadars" of the republicans. They will take votes away from regular republicans in elections and end up weakening the whole party -- even more than they are already weakened. They also show most Americans how radical the GOP is in their thoughts and deeds. When this bill passes, and those who have been led to fear it find out that it will actually help them and their families, a lot of them will know who is really acting in their best interests and vote accordingly.

I will be glad when this bill is passed so that our country can move on to other vital problems. Jobs and finding a way to control Wall Street have to be next on the agenda.

12. And I'm still pissed to this day

that with the guy in Austin, they have never mentioned or addressed the issue of his political affiliations. I read over and over that he was "anti-government", but I never read where he had friends/associates in other groups. I'd be willing to bet that someone as anti-government as he was, wouldn't be able to keep all that rage completely bottled up and never discuss it with others, much less seek out others that shared his opinions.

... have been coddling the crazies for years, and since Obama's presidential campaign the Repubs have been insinuating increasingly violent talk and behavior into the public sphere. The violent wing of the Party of No wants a civil war, and they mean with blood.
