He can't sign the Reconciliation bill, which is coming up next, until the Senate passes it. That vote will probably be sometime next week.

He will probably quietly sign the HCR bill soon, and when the Reconciliation comes, have a big ceremony.

as soon as Obama signs.

The Reconciliation bill with some fixes to the HCR bill needs to pass in the Senate, still. Obama may wait to sign them altogether. Or he may quietly sign the HCR bill into law, and hold a ceremony when he signs the Reconciliation.

11. i believe that the president will sign the bill that both the house and senate have passed

as early as tomorrow. The second, reconciliation bill, which makes changes to the law as enacted by the House and Senate, has to go back to the Senate. If it gets through without amendment then it will go to the president to be separately signed into law.
