Why would 33 Democrats and all the Republicans vote against the reconciliation bill?

Why would 33 Democrats and all the Republicans vote against the reconciliation bill?
This actually makes no sense - even if they disagree with the already passed bill.

This means ALL the Republicans voted against eliminating the Cornhusker deal and all the other deals!

Whatever he claims about his constituents' best interests, he actually voted in support of his own interests.
