I've read comments that southern Somalia is a more appropriate pied-a-terre for the Rushbo. Southern Somalia has a weak government with minimal ability to interfere with anybody, NO government-funded or -mandated health-care, nobody is forced to pay taxes to the central government, and there is no gun control.
