You know, speaking as a Constitutional scholar and all. It has become pretty apparent to me over the years that right-wing mouth-breathers tend to use the word "unconstitutional" anytime they talk about anything they don't particularly like. Too bad it has a very specific definition. So, again, I'm just DYING to hear which part of the Constitution this bill supposedly violates.

IIRC, interpreting the law and determining when laws are in violation of the constitution falls to THE JUDICIARY BRANCH. AG is executive branch, at least on THIS planet.
