They weren't in the photo ops - didn't hear them on the floor?
Perhpas the photo was strictly that caucus and neither one is on it? As far as photo ops.

C'mon. Isn't it obvious by the sheer fact as to which group of hold outs received concessions and which ones just had to hold their noses and vote?

Oh would it not be lovely to have Louise Slaughter as a US Senator or Speaker or even majority leader? She was brilliant on the House floor in her management, IMHO.
