How does this Bill differ from the Bill Republicans put together as an alternative to Clinton's Health Reform Bill? That usually stops them in their tracks because they really do not understand what is actually in the Bill.

What happened 15 years ago (and wasn't passed) is not near as relevant as something (horrible) that was passed last night.

This has been about race all along. In fact the whole Conservative/Liberal dust up in this country has been nothing but a continuation of the civil rights movement.
