And the chant itself is very G-rated and non-rabble-rousing at all. No fists are flying. No pejoratives or racist epithets. No implied rough stuff or threats or menacing of any kind. On the contrary, I'd expect such a gathering to be rather celebratory in nature, full of good-natured, jovial people having a whale of a good time and probably a lot of laughs, posing a danger to no one.
