by insurance companies for everyone or only for minor children in the HCR bill that will be signed into law? I know it will be in effect immediately, but I wasn't sure if this provision was for everyone or just minors. I've heard it discussed alot in reference to minors, which is why I'm asking.
I thank you in advance.

2. The exchange for adults kicks in in 2014. I hate writing to "ins" together like that. |

The "high risk insurance pools" has been quoted at 300% above typical premiums, outside of copays and deductibles.
All I know is that we have a high risk pool in Texas and it is priced out of range for most working class people. For many there will be no change.
