Only a couple of days back, this was exactly the opposite of what it is now and the not sure was near 20 or 21%...

I'm referring to a scientific poll released by CNN today, weighed for party affiliation, age, race, etc., while you are referring to a non-scientific poll in their website. Sorry for the confusion.

17. The OP was asking us to add our votes, so apparently meant

the online poll. And, yes, unscientific, but I've given up arguing that we should ignore them. The cost of ignoring them is that no matter how lacking in validity, some MSM will refer to them and they get disseminated, so arguably, I guess it does argue towards voting in them.
