This is a dumb question, but what does Bachmann expect from a bill to repeal?

She and her fellow R's are planning on putting a bill out on the floor to repeal the bill that was just passed.

Do they honestly think that if they just voted again - one week later or one day later or one month later - they would get a completely different vote from the one last night?

I mean, WTF? Very puzzled by their strategy here, can anyone explain to me if they actually expect this to work?
