In the recent Clinton/Bush visit to Haiti, Bush seems hesitant to mingle with the crowd, and appears to wipe his hand on Clinton's shirt after shaking hands. (00:47)

Clinton's shoulder to get his attention.But he really looked liked he didn't want to be there but who knows? It was just a snippet.The crowd seemed more engaged with Clinton.They didn't pay any attention to Bush.
