OMAHA, Neb. --
There’s a clause within the massive health care reform bill that will have a direct impact on the tanning salon industry. A 10 percent tax for indoor tanning services will take effect July 1 to help pay for the health risks associated with tanning.

I don't know though, I always imagined him with one of those spray on cans that always, always turn the user orange. With that and the bad toupee he looks like Raggedy Andy with the colors reversed. For those of you who are young, Raggedy Andy was a cloth doll which I believe was modeled on a clown. White cloth body and garish orange hair made of yarn. The main difference is that Raggedy Andy was smiling and he wouldn't scare you if you ran across him in a dark room.;)
