6. i know it says first half of the 20th century

but to me they all seem to solidly be in the mid 1930s to the late 1940s...

Great shots anyway, and not trying to pick nits; I'm just saying...

9. For some reason, what came to mind for me, was

thank God for birth control! I mean those families, women, were subjugated to their reproductive systems. Like many places around the world now.

11. Amazing how color and sharpness suddenly make it so possible

to actually believe the past existed and make the people and things so real...they remove distance from the images and make you feel as if you could step right into them and talk to the people. I love restored old photos.
