we could mandate a license on a per word basis, subject to regulated guidelines before uttered of course. Failure to obtain said license could be fined up to 2.5% of income. :sarcasm:

like giving in to the heckler's veto, it gives all the power to the outliers
it's the same "logic" as those who tried to sue ozzy osbourne cause some depressed kid killed himself.
you CANNOT have anything remotely resembling free speech if you have to worry about being responsible for what insane people will do.
it's really scary how many enemies of free speech there are here (and elsewhere)
