Edited on Fri Mar-26-10 12:58 PM by UTUSN
LIMBOsevic used it frothingly for over an hour of ranting, at first denying "violence" and afterwards hardly mentioning the word "violence" at all, but rather, using "ANGER" as the propaganda word and listing hundreds of "reasons" that the "ANGER" was justified.

He's off today, and a caller Shittohead just parroted the Fuhrer's example, saying that all that ANGER out there is justified because the Constitution is being demolished.

It's "ANGER," get it?!1 NOT "VIOLENCE" or "inciting to VIOLENCE"!1 Get with the program!1 STOP throwing those MEMOS away!1

1. They're angry that the constitution is being demolished?
O puleeze. How come no anger at unlawful wiretapping? No anger at unlawful detention? I could go on, but why bother. The right has been reduced to nothing but a bunch of whiny uninformed hateful twerps. I certainly hope someone called up to remind them of all the ways the Bush administration trashed the constitution.

And no HCR is not against the constitution. Doesn't it say government is responsible for the general welfare of it's citizens?

3. I guess that means Limbaugh thinks the Bible is wrong
Proverbs 29: 22 - "An angry man stirs up strife and a furious man abounds in transgression."

Ephesians 4: 31-32 "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you."

Matthew 5: 44 "But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you."

James 1: 19-20 "So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God."

6. Here are some more:
Edited on Fri Mar-26-10 01:17 PM by AngryKansasknitter
Proverbs 14:31

31 He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker,
but whoever is kind to the needy honors God.

Proverbs 17:5

5 He who mocks the poor shows contempt for their Maker;
whoever gloats over disaster will not go unpunished.

Matthew 25:34-46

34"Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.'

37"Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?'

40"The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.'

41"Then he will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.'

44"They also will answer, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?'

45"He will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.'

46"Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life."

James 2:14

14What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save him? 15Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. 16If one of you says to him, "Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed," but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it? 17In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.

Okay, that's enough....

9. Maybe to you...
But, to me...if the bible says it, I believe it, that settles it! Furthermore, that passage out of Matthew were the words of Christ himself... I believe what those mere words say...and do my best to live by them...for me, they are VERY true...and reliable.

But, to each their own....

12. Maybe you don't understand sarcasm.
Maybe you don't recall Boehner using those words to excuse "Armageddon" claims. Please don't preach to me. Maybe this isn't the right site for you.

13. I appreciate what you wrote...
but you may wish to read awhile before getting 'into it' because most of us here are pretty damn snarky.

And Boner believes whatever is convenient for him and suits his power-grabbing goals. Most of us are really sick of the hypocrisy (myself included).

7. Of course, Numb nuts is the one is WRONG...
I wonder if he popped so many pills that it did a number on his mental acuity...I have long since given up the notion that he has a heart. It's more like a block of ice with the melt off coursing through his veins...

5. So it looks like they all need anger management skills.
They don't seem to be able to contain it, throwing tantrums like toddlers.
