video: Clinton and Bush are working a line of Haitians. After Bush shakes hands with one, he looks at his hand, looks for somewhere to wipe them, then wipes his hands down Clinton's shirt,near the shoulders. Clinton sees him do it and looks like "WTF?" wow

That was during the 2000 campaign and Letterman ran that clip a lot while Georgie was living in the White House.

I remember the night after that happened, Dave ran the clip and then, while discussing the Bush interview, said "I looked into his eyes and said to myself, 'My God, you could hold dances in there.'"
