It seems to me if we would have went with Medicare for all - that the administration of the program is in place and though they would have to hire more employees to meet that new demand - pretty much the superstructure would accommodate the influx of all the new people covered.

On the other hand - with this new law - I haven't heard how it will be or who will administer it.

Are they going to have to set up a new bureaucratic organization to see to it that all the facets of it happen when they are supposed to happen. How much money will be spent on that? Was that ever discussed?
