After the criminal acts, Jane Hamsher really should apologize for using teabaggers to troll us.

Because that's what she did. She could have spoken to any number of ordinary people who were in dire straits and needed the kind of things that she was rallying for, in order to establish a need for them. Instead she chose the teabaggers and Grover Norquist because she knew it would irritate us. And get a reaction. Now it's not so funny, because some of these people are breaking windows and making death threats. Her using these people to get at us is like inappropriate humor. It's facetious. She really should denounce her past association with them. She should admit her mistake and/or attention-seeking behavior, and say that she's sorry.

If Jane, frustrated with the way that Obama has moved rightward, wanted to make a point, she should not have worked with someone like Grover Norquist. Grover is someone who is a power player behind the scenes, and therefore not as accountable as someone whp is running for office, or even trying to make a blog. Yet, she decided to work with him, and his tea-bagger pet project, because she was arrogant enough to think that maybe she could "channel" the energy toward her ends. Guess what, you do not convince teabaggers to "think" you way when the reason they are what they are is because they DO NOT LIKE TO THINK FOR THEMSELVES. They are, to put it bluntly, the Brownshirts that Grover will use to smash the windows, to be cleaned up by a more controllable SS once power is taken.
