Keeping it below 20% is astonishing.
What he has to do is figure out how to create an economy that's not dependent on credit, investments and bubbles. No easy trick, especially when half the country doesn't want to get on board with sustainability or the green market.

Instead of more money for shovel ready projects they stripped the bill and put in tons of useless tax cuts. Not that President Obama really fought all that hard over it but that's what happened.
