World Leaders Popularity Chart World Survey

Well, not the world but a bunch of countries




Notice that the Dali Lama and Obama have almost the same popularity in the states.
vs Europe....... Both are more popular in Europe.

Annoyingly, they don't give the 'poor/very poor' figures. I suspect, for instance, that Barroso got a lot of "no opinion/don't know" answers.
