http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Headley

David Headley is an interesting character and many in India are beginning to accuse the US of hiding something from them by not allowing them to talk to Headley.

1. Gosh, it would be hard to find a more racist theory.
Brown people just can't do anything without whites telling them how, can they?

The people of India have managed to kill and massacre each other for millenniums without a white man in sight. They don't need our skilled input.

2. According to your link, they are allowed to talk to him
They are not extraditing him because of his plea deal but Indian officials can talk to him all they want.

4. Nope.
Why would they want to, even?

Bush is evil. But that doesn't mean that EVERYTHING evil in the world was caused, planned or done by Bush.

I am a little bit reminded here of a story I heard of a computer programme created in the 70s (when computer programming was of course less sophisticated than now) to simulate a Republican from that time. The 'artificial Republican' 'saw' everything in terms of the Cold War, and responded to questions on the assumption that anyone who was 'bad' in those terms could have done anything that was 'bad' in those terms. E.g. it found it plausible that Fidel Castro might have created the Berlin Wall.

We have to be careful not to do the same thing in reverse, by attributing all that is bad to Bush.
