She is on record for encouraging people to harrass people with an Obama sticker on their cars. Now that there are stories coming out in the news of violent confrontations related to such a call, can she be prosecuted?

If a Muslim cleric had done a similar thing, he'd probably already be in jail.

I doubt it. But you're right, the Muslim guy would be in some secret prison by now.

Meanwhile we do not want Sarah Palin up on charges. We need her to be the Refug candidate in 2012. Easy target, that woman. But then again that's what we said about Reagan, and Bush... and look where THAT got us. Hmm, perhaps I need to re-think that one.

3. I Believe Palin Is Liable

but it will take a private citizen and their attorney to force the issue. If the legal system refuses to agree you can sue her in civil court. A civil class action would bring lots of attention. The test would probably be, were you stopped and asked about how the hopey changey thing is working for you and then harmed in some way by the individual who stopped you.
