bush is going to invade Norway! The excuse will be that anybody with that many reindeer must be evil!

2. Norwegians are smart......
Their oil industry is run by the state and all oil revenues are permanently locked up in a state investment fund, which nobody can touch. Of the oil revenues that are used, they are invested on public works projects such as roads, schools, etc.

Now that is a model everyone should follow.
