Need some help debunking the embedded ID tag R's say is in the health bill

An email group Marta belongs to has a member talking about how in the HCR bill everyone will be required to have a chip implanted. Anybody have a link or info on this?

3. It's totally true. They are embedded right next to the requirement

You can't prove a negative. Ask them to show you where it is in the bill (it isn't). If they can't do that then there's no reason to believe it and they might as well be claiming that we'll all be required to keep leprechauns under the kitchen sink.
