As I said in another thread, justice has an inherent liberal bias anyway; that's why he (a self-identified Republican, IIRC) was such a great justice.

that they would fail to get even one Repub vote... then the odds are pretty good that they'd also fail in getting the votes of a few Blue Dogs as well.
