That is an extremely powerful film. It hits hard. I found myself thinking, "I wish that George Bush could see this." I don't mean "watch" it -- because he could watch it, and feel sorry for himself. I mean "see" it, and understand that he is responsible for causing that pain for those human beings.

How are you faring in your home town? Are you seeing much support or resistance? What about your classmates? Has your stand influenced others to speak out?

40. people in my hometown are finally fed up with bush

and being an alabama small town, a majority of the people here are conservatives or moderates.

think for themselves. You never know what effect an act of truth-telling will have on others.

I think your early work "Jesus Loves Me" could have tugged at the hearts of many mothers and fathers. You were hitting below the belt on that one, but in a good way and for a noble cause.
