I'm watching James Chanos on Charlie Rose. Why hasn't there meen any trials for Wall St? |

They had to do things that were illegal. He explained what they had to do that would go against sarbanes oxley. I didn't really understand what he was talking about, but some laws had to be broken. Where are the trials and jail sentences?
