Did it become effective upon signature or does it have a date?
Has the ACLU sought an injunction against enforcement/effect? Has anyone done anything in court?
Not a criticism. Just curious about the legal maneuvering.

I heard that last nite and just haven't had time to check it out, but it was on Randi Rhoades that an AZ caller said the laws go into effect 90 days after signature.

and came up with hits of injoined in legal stories.
But you are right, of course.... injoined is incorrect and a couple of lawyers posting on the internet should be embarrassed.
So I changed it back to "e"
