Why don't the democrats hang the republicans out to dry??

Ok.. they will not allow debate on the financial reform package?? After proposing 0 amendments in the senate committees?? Say fine.. you all must like the way the financial system is running in this country.. we ( the democrats ) do not.. Soo we will let the voters decide in November.. Make every race about this.. move on the the climate bill and immigration reform. Make a series of commercials in every race showing how the republicans are serving Wall Street.. Seems like an easy call to me.. Am I missing something??

1. Bring it to a vote every week. Make them vote over and over and over and over

to support Wall Street. And please name it something good. They are so good at naming things and we just suck at it. it should be the "Average Person Reform of Fat Cat Alley" bill or something.

2. That's the point of bringing it back to the floor to vote day after

day....Republicans and independents see these no votes as absolute support for the big banks.....I think it is a strategical move.

With every "NO" to bring the reform to discussion = The Dems giving the Repugs more rope to hang themselves with in November.

Harry Reid is actually showing some backbone by bringing the issue to the floor time after time....chipping away.....chipping away...
