I Need You **HELP** FCC: No Longer Free Speech Issue, But Public Safety Issue

No Longer Free Speech Issue, But Public Safety Issue:

Please help me in my quest of exposing Mike Gallagher by calling the FCC and demand this terrorist be removed from the Public Airwaves.

This was posted by Cocoa on another thread about the same topic...

RW radio host "I hope we get another 9/11 to shut up Jane Fonda"

He says that 9/11 was good in a way, in that the country was "united," and people he doesn't like, like Jane Fonda, kept their mouths shut. Sounds pretty fascistic to me.

He puts his thoughts in print here, but last night he went on at length, saying "I hope we get hit again" a number of times, and stood by it when callers called in to object. He said the victims of the attack would be sacrificing themselves for the good of the country like the troops are sacrificing themselves now in Iraq.

<snip>

Seeing Jane Fonda Saturday was enough to make me wish the unthinkable: it will take another terror attack on American soil in order to render these left-leaning crazies irrelevant again. Remember how quiet they were after 9/11? No one dared take them seriously. It was the United States against the terrorist world, just like it should be.

It would seem to me that inciting violence upon the American people would cause great concern for our public safety.

Does anyone else think that Gallagher should be forced to resign for spewing this kind of rhetoric over "OUR" airwaves?!?

Isn't this worse than shouting "fire" in a crowded theater?!?

I don't have a problem with Mikey spewing his hate, just not over Public Airwaves.

Is Gallagher emboldening the enemy?

And once again the hypocrisy is showing. He is upset that Jane Fonda expresses her opinion, yet he wants terrorists to attack our country to silence one person.

Don't you think this shows signs of mental retardation?

Don't you think any sane person listening to his vibrato would eventually wise up and get turned off to this kind of rhetoric?

I can see this happening in the future. People will become more and more disgusted with the politics of destruction.

If you are concerned as I am then join me on my mission and let's get the FCC on this case. To me this is more devastating than an exposed nipple. Let's expose this terrorist for who he really is.

Will you join me on this quest?

3. I've felt all along that there's not much real difference between
those people in the Middle East who were dancing in the streets on Sept. 11 on the one hand, and people like Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell and this Gallagher character on the other: They were all much happier about the opportunity for making political hay than they were concerned about the suffering taking place.

But while odious, I don't know if this is any worse than Hannity's calling the prospect of Pelosi as speaker "worth fighting and dying" over - that sounded like an incitement for civil war. And the FCC didn't care about that; why would they care about this? They're much more concerned with saving us from naughty words and boobies.:eyes:

7. I've felt as though a civil war has been brewing in our country
since the 2000 coup.

Seems as though it is getting worse, and with people like O'Reilly, Rush, Hannity, Gallagher, and the rest of their ilk they would love nothing better than to make that happen.

I really can't understand why they hate the counter culture so much. But they do and have even declared a war (yet another war with these folks) on the counter culture.

And of course the FCC probably won't do anything about this but I will at least do my part to inform them of this terrorist on our public airwaves. And then I'll mount a campaign to inform whoever is in charge of this committee in congress.

4. Just shows how sick he is
every other red blooded American male and female were thinking, "Gee she looks pretty for a woman in her sixties". The males were thinking, "I'd go on a date with her" and the women were thinking, "I'd like have her plastic surgeon".
