and gets away with it because he isn't challenged. A non-binding resolution doesn't mean diddly squat. Congress has power and they are supposed to use it.

Maybe change takes time but I'm running out of patience with Dubya's authoritarian bullshit. Enough already. COngress needs to do something now.
