It's Bush's Welfare for the Wealthy
We've got to change the language we use. "Tax cut" always sounds like a good thing - getting back your own. "Welfare" sounds like a handout - something the person didn't earn.
Let's stop using the terms and phrases of the "stupid and uncharitable."
