Even as cynical as I've become over the far too many years of this kind of shit, I've found it rather breathtaking how quickly the "Iraq is Iran's fault" message got ramped up in just the past few days.

Even though we've all witnessed the ongoing demonization of Iran proceed apace since Bush's "Axis of Evil" crap, that was really only the first phase of a long process of softening everybody up. Now that they've got their military component just about lined up -- Patriot anti-missile systems in Baghdad, 2 (with a 3rd purpotedly on the way) carrier groups deployed to the Persian Gulf, a Naval Air Command guy sent up to head Centcom (for 2 -- Afghanistan & Iraq -- ground wars??) NO, for the coming air attack on Iran. -- the heavy duty propaganda saturation begins in earnest.

And the MSM is just going along with it, whole hog. Never a question, never a reminiscence of how IRAQ was portrayed as a serious impending danger, never a mention of how all the reasons that the U.S. public was given to justify invading Iraq have turned out to be LIES!

It just makes me want to SCREAM! I'm with you, we have GOT to send a message to the corporate media that we DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!

Even more crucial, imho, is getting the word out to our fellow citizens to not fall for this crap again! Because unless we can reach lots and lots of MSM consumers, and impress upon THEM the unbelievability of what they're hearing; the war on Iran WILL happen.
