If you watched Cowntdown with K.O, you know that Bill O'Reilly has concocted a scheme where if you buy his book, "Culture Warrior," he will send a free copy to a troop serving in Iraq. Not only is the idea of sending a book with the word "Warrior" in it to true, brave warriors risking their lives an insult, especially when they need other things like body armor and supplies, but the fact that this solely benefits his pockets is disgusting.

Imus: Here's what a disgrace O'Reilly is. Olbermann can't kill him enough. Here's what O'Reilly's doing. You are not going to believe this. This sonofabitch actually went on that falafel thing of his and he said—–if you'll buy a copy of his book—for every copy of his stupid book, he'll send a copy to a soldier in Iraq or Afghanistan. I mean I don't know where to start. That's his contribution to the men and women who are fighting and dying in this idiotic war for this country.

I'm just wondering, is the pathetic attempt at selling books going to do O'Reilly in? Will conservatives realize the the extent of his patriotism is advocating people to buy his books?

And #1 because of how he's peddling his book. KO pointed out that if you buy direct from Billo instead of from Amazon, you spend a dollar extra. So if you buy from Amazon and send your copy to the soldier yourself, you save the soldier a dollar. In other words, what Billo's doing is the equivalent of taking a dollar out of each soldier's pocket. Ha! Bill! Why do you HATE OUR TROOPS?? :rofl:
