so a person can run for 60 years and still be caught and tried. But once they are acquitted they can't be tried for murder again. Unless the state tries them and then the federal can if it is proved a federal offense.

There are still hundreds of culprits who participated in those crimes but who have escaped prosecution. It's time now to send their asses to the gas chamber.
