McCain takes shot at Christiane Amanpour
he must be pissed, this is the first episode of a Sunday talk show, on any channel, that McCain hasn't been a guest on.

His critique was short and to the point:

"Anyone else miss @jaketapper yesterday?"

Ouch. Tapper, ABC News' White House correspondent, ably filled in as interim host of the program until Amanpour debuted.

3. Please, he's not the first. They are afraid of her.
They are lining up to slander her because she won't take any shit. Too bad she won't last. America doesn't want journalists they want "infotainment".

7. *nodding*
She's a journalist...in the original and respected sense of the word.

Not in the definition of what passes for journalism today. And she's a dying breed.

Yes, they're scared.

5. she's a different kind of journalist
McCain likes the kind that has been fawning all over him for years. Terry Moran, Chris Matthews, Cokie Roberts, etc.

10. Let's not be so hard on McCain. I'm sure when he
grows up he'll learn to be a lot less self-important.
