Odds are, someone has already bought it. You have to settle for the closest thing you can get sometimes. I hate it when people don't give others the benefit of the doubt or who don't think before they criticize other people.

Saying "Fox is biased" would mean that Fox has the quality of bias. Saying that "Fox is bias" is saying that Fox is the same thing as bias. It would be a metaphor. And grammatically correct.
