illegal immigrants taking our jobs?

the people who are taking our jobs are the companies who are outsourcing our jobs to other countries or bringing in people on H1B visas.

1. Around here building site work is done by hispanics.

We had some cement work done and the contractor took our check to the bank and cashed it so he could pay the workers cash. The plumbers and electricians - unionized - seem to be the only ones to keep their jobs.

and our landscaper are hispanic. i pay them with checks.

actually i was referring to the IT jobs. my husband works for a large international company and they keep cutting jobs and bringing in more H1B workers or sending the work out of the country -- mostly india and brazil. these are highly skilled intelligent people. we can't get mad at them. they're very nice and hard working. something has to be done about this outsourcing.
