1. I have advocated the 1960s tax rate for the wealthiest Americans

and a deeper tax cut for the middle/poor.

The richest does not need another tax cut (as explained by many articles by rich people that has advocated against the tax cuts). They need to be set back somewhere between 91% to 95% rates.

Also begin taxing capital gains (yes, double taxation, but the idea was to get money coming in from the richest) and tax evaders can lose all their assets, seized by the US Treasury, and the crook thrown into prison for life without any medical benefits or wages. In fact, send them to solitary for life.

3. Imagine all the people the government could employ with that money

People to build things and fix infrastructure. Energy R&D. Instead it sits around doing nothing but making the rich richer.
