maybe the year 308,444,831 BCE. Carboniferous-Permian hyperoxic warming.

5. It has been miserably hot here in SE Michigan......
..... And in a usual summer, even a hot one, we get some days of relief.....That hasn't happened this year.

18. You might as well.

There won't be any more citrus from Florida after the polar ice caps melt.
The whole state will be submerged.

14. Does that mean that winter
will see a corresponding increase in hard freezes?

The last 2 winters in a row my pipes froze hard for weeks at a time, requiring me to travel 15 miles round trip to shower, and to haul water for flushing and livestock.

Plus last winter's deep freeze broke pipes, which were costly to repair.

19. Well, Anchorage has been gray and rainy and cool all summer,
so therefore there IS no global warming, got it?? (I kid, I kid -- but that's the argument you'd get from the troglodytes around here.)
