Rudy Giuliani’s daughter Caroline was busted for shoplifting today at an Upper East Side beauty and skin care shop, police sources said.

The 20-year-old was arrested at a Sephora store near the E. 86th Street home she shares with her mother, Donna Hanover, the television personality and former city first lady, before her bitter split from the tough-on-crime mayor.

Caroline, the youngest of the former mayor’s two children, was taken to Manhattan’s 19th Precinct stationhouse for processing. She is a student at Harvard University.

They don't want to press charges. So little dearie will probably get away with it and not even a slap on the wrist.


Once store employees learned who the suspect's father is, they told cops they didn't want to press charges, a source said.

Manhattan District Attorney Office declined to comment on whether it will prosecute Giuliani.
