"I challenge anyone to document ONE lie told by George W Bush"...

...that's what a lunatic teabagger said to me and a co-worker the other day. Just seconds before that, he had been unsuccessfully trying to download a YouTube video on his I-phone, wherein Barack Obama states that his FATHER had been in the U.S. Military during WWII. Of course, as EVERYONE KNOWS, Barack's father was a child during WWII, and certainly NOT in the U.S. Military. I later heard the audio from that clip, and he does misspeak as the 'bagger claims, but it is nothing more than an innocent slip of the tongue. Obviously, he meant his grandfather, who, along with Barack's grandmother, basically raised young Barack, as I understand it. So he misspoke - he said the word "father" when he meant "grandfather" - and this teabagger idiot says this PROVES that Obama is a LIAR! A LIARRRR!!! Right after that he made his challenge to prove even ONE George W Bush documented lie!

I reacted to his "challenge" by bursting into hysterical, Joker-like laughter and said, "you crack me up, that's absolutely hilariously fuckin' off-the-rails insane, you motherfuckin' freeper shitbag!" At that point, he skulked away and avoided me the remainder of his time in the factory.

(To explain, I do technical consulting for a hand painting/silkscreen contractor to the garment industry, which also produces its own line of women's hand painted tops. They took on the Teabagger, who had been a client until he ran his company out of business, as a sales rep for the women's line, so, unfortunately he comes over almost every day. The owner, my client, who is a "conservative" himself - but not totally insane, yet - actually thinks its funny when I verbally slam, or, abuse, if you like, his 'bagger sales rep.)

I've had several run-ins with this guy (which always end with me usually calling him something like a "low-life motherfuckin Repug freeper-zombie fake-patriot fuckwad moron," or some such thing, and him running away), starting several years ago when he was defending and supporting the use of torture by the Cheney and Bush gang. He LOVES Palin and Michelle Bachmann, thinks BP is being wrongfully persecuted by the Obama Administration, supports AZ 1070 law, etc etc etc. After one of these kind of "events," the 'bagger goes out of his way to avoid me, and spews his Glenn Beck/Limbaugh/O'Reilly etc talking points only when I'm not around. But, eventually, usually around 2-3 months, he again starts loudly proclaiming wingnut talking points in my presence, and I am forced to call him an asshole douchebag fuckhead or whatever, so he goes away for another few months.

Question: Am I wrong? Should I be more "civil" (not sure actually, if that's possible), or how should I deal with this guy. He's a loudmouth FAUX News type propagandist, spewing his shit to everybody he meets - I'm not kidding or exaggerating at all about that - he's like a willfully ignorant, ideologically driven, twisted, fear-driven, 66 year old freeper on meth, he NEVER STOPS! He lives alone, basically has no friends, alienates pretty much everybody he comes into contact with, etc. However, I can't take his bullshit for even three minutes, especially when I'm trying to work.

I welcome DUer's comments and/or suggestions, and I thank you all in advance (I think), as I may not be able to respond to everybody, as, ya know, I got some other stuff to get to tonight, but I'll be checking in periodically, so thanks!
