She lost me when she agreed with the Citizens United v. Federal Election Comm'n decision. Which, in my opinion, was a totally manipulated process.

Guess Prop 8 took the wind out of her sails. It's also rather quiet re Nancy Pelosi tearing the RETHUGS a new one.

since she is a "moderate" replacing an outspoken Liberal, the court in now more conservative.

22. I don't feel the need to high five for middle of the road, moderate nominees

that are to the right of the Justice they replaced. You are free to high five that if you want. I have no idea what kind of a Justice she will be. Now, Scalia, Alito and Roberts on the other hand, I knew exactly what kind of Justice they would be, because, unlike us, the Republicans ram through who they want. We wring our hands, piss our pants and play it ever so safe. No high fives til I see how she votes.
