Fox propaganda machine does it again with Mizzou's proposition C

I was wondering how the tea baggers would rejoice over this vote, but Fox forgot to tell us one important fact: look where the votes were cast (rural) and how many were not!

Notice how the big voting block areas had virtually no turn out. What do you bet deranged tea baggers showed up in full force to stuff the ballot boxes? And did Fox news drum up support for this ballot? I ask this because I don't watch fox although concerned citizens should.

3. Typical Urban/Rural Splits...

Missouri is truly two worlds...the urban centers of KC and St. Louis vs. the rest of the state that is very Conservative. I'm sure Faux has far more viewers in these areas, but that isn't the only infuence...religious and right wing hate radio do.

4. What Faux, and many others have assumed, was that this was some sort of "conservative" victory.

The fact of the matter is that both liberals and conservatives in this state do not like being forced to purchase a product from the insurance industry.

This was an bipartisan victory. Yes, it is non-binding, but it does go to show up the simple fact that people on both sides of the political divide think that being forced to purchase something is wrong, simply wrong.

Now, we live in rural Rush Limbaugh country, so regardless of which of the three radio stations one chooses, voters are hammered by broadcasters proclaiming that any Obama idea is horrible. It is a constant challenge to record the news and search online to find objective facts regarding world and national events. Nevertheless, voters from both sides of the issue flocked to the polls in Missouri to cast their vote.

6. Right. There really was no other incentive for Dems to vote and it was just added to the ballot a

week before the election. There was NO press on it and no commercials, etc. like normal elections and issues. It was a rushed thing, but I'm hearing that is a good thing because that kept it off the November ballot.
