5. I would put Rhino guards on duty

with a heat seeker missile so that if I didn't get to shoot each poacher, I could then shoot the helicopter out of the sky with a shoulder-held missile launcher.

Then enforcement officers should arrest the buyers of rhino horn and beat the living fuck out of them in the public square and inform believers of using rhino horn that they are the most ignorant assholes on the planet.

If that doesn't work, then I'd get violent.
