As soon as I heard the news I called my Mother and told her I bet he is cremated to destroy all trace of evidence. Sure enough, a few days later my suspicions I shared with my Mother came true. Ken Lay was to be cremated.

Ken Lay died in Aspen, Colorado where it would be very easy for a medical examiner to say a body is Ken Lay without any proof. And they could have gotten a dead body anywhere. This is Ken Lay we're talking about. He had billion stashed away and he had people in high places in government, even his good buddy GW Bush. And he just found out he was going to prison, giving him a great excuse to pull off an easy stunt like this. He had the motive, the opportunity, the resources and the government support to get away with it. He also was good friends with the entire Bush clan of criminals and GHW Bush and Barbara even flew to GW's first inauguration on a Enron jet. Ken Lay and Dick Cheney even met several times to discuss our country's energy policy. Can you imagine any worst people to determine the energy policy for our country than Ken Lay and Dick Cheney, two sociopaths?

Ken Lay is probably living on an island after having some plastic surgery and is living like a king with all the money he stole from people. And after he was proclaimed 'dead' all charges were dropped against him, so that meant all of the money he stole was allowed to remain in possession of his corrupt wife. That's even another reason for faking his death.

What is sickening was the news in Houston who had glowing stories on Ken Lay, the convicted criminal and who destroyed the financial lives of hundreds of thousands of people. They interviewed his pastor and he said how good of a man Ken Lay was and how he gave to the church. He called him a 'good Christian'. I wonder what a 'bad Christian' looks like? It's easy to give to charities if you're using money you stole from other people. If you stole ten billion dollars or so and you threw a million dollars to a church you too would look like a 'good Chrsitian', even though you stole ten billion dollars and destroyed peoples' lives. Where's that "camel going through the eye of a needle" story? And why didn't the pastor of his church mention that? Oh yeah, the pastor willingly accepted stolen money and refused to return it.

I couldn't believe the media was portraying Ken Lay as an upstanding citizen who was moral and ethical. I suppose his pastor would have said anything since he profited off of the Enron scandal too. I never heard any reports that said that pastor gave any of Ken Lay's money back to its rightful owners, the people swindled by Ken Lay and the rest of the corporate criminals at Enron.

I wish investigators would have followed the money trail, like checking all of the bank accounts of everyone in Aspen, Colorado associated with the processing of Ken Lay's 'body'. I bet they would find some large deposits in the accounts of the medical examiners, police and any other person who was associated with the coverup. I even wonder if they killed someone to replace Ken Lay.

It's just all too convenient. And I don't think my claims are beyond reason.

In the lower gravitational field of Mars, they can live longer in the sealed environment they've created, inhaling nutrient-infused nitrogen/argon mist for all eternity.

12. I admit, I find the timing of his "death" very conveeeeeenient.

By "dying" before being sentenced, he was in effect exonerated of his crimes. Legally, his name was cleared. His family can say he never was convicted of any crime, just like Ollie North does. And of course, he get's to keep his loot. It was all just way too convenient. Considering all of the other crimes Bush and his cronies committed, which were much more egregious, this one seems like small change. So to speak.
