8. remember the good old days, when people had jobs that paid living wages? |
|
when our schools actually educated our children?

5. Because the Dreams of the Watergate Conspirators have come fully true. |

Either the DLC Democrats are an outright subsidiary of the Republican Bushies or it is some combination of other factors.
Not that it matters. Whether they are de facto or not, they are behaving as such, so the why really doesn't matter.

6. both parties are currently aimed at the right--the baggers and the centrists |

7. Because the radical fringe is its own tail. |

And besides, it loves sniffing its own ass -- so around and around it goes.
And the conservadems just want in on the ass sniffing.

10. They don't. Abortion is still legal, there is still affirmative action, welfare, immigration... |
|
...still no prayer in schools; they actually don't get much. A lot of the anti-gay marraige stuff had to be done through referenda.
