Before you pull the electorate plug on failed politicians and parties?
We'll soon find out.
My prediction is you won't care unless you or someone close to you experiences:
unemployment job insecurity rising healthcare costs equity loss in real estate loss of life or ability due to war denial of civil/marriage rights
Surprise! That's effectively ALL OF US

War and its effects can never be forgotten or diminished. Same for civil rights for GLBT community

4. An army of economic refugees |
|
made possible by the economic situation in the country.
It isn't just war and PTSD, but the inequity between who is fighting those wars and who is benefiting from them.
Only a fraction of war mongers actually have anyone they love at risk. They're confusing economic necessity with volunteering and patriotism; they're sending the poor children of the poor to fight; and they're sending the bill for he wars to future generations. Why not? What have they got to lose?

8. The rich start the wars and profit off of the wars. |
|
It's the kids of average, regular Americans that are dying in the wars.
War is a good business. Invest a child today.

Until the pain comes home, "It's not my problem"
Lots of people are still going to put up with it even when it DOES become their problem though.

6. I've always thought the Repubs... |
|
would be the ones that held the hand down on the shock plate, or kept shocking after the person in the next room stopped screaming.
