as I saw on CNN earlier when one of the Prop 8 morons compared gay marriage to a counterfeit dollar bill...yes, that counterfeit dollar bill somehow undermines the REAL dollar bill in his pocket!!!!

Maybe it's like when "teh gay" rubs off on people?

Put a counterfeit dollar bill next to a REAL one, and some of the counterfeit rubs off on the REAL one, and it's not worth a whole dollar anymore?
